finally, some knitting

i created this blog ages ago to post pictures of my knitting, but I’m very lazy with the digital camera (i know…). now i have a camera-phone with Bluetooth and it makes it easier to send pictures to the computer to post it here and will try to post pictures more often.

sooo, after a long non-knitting phase I just cast-on for a project. it’s a present for a friend, so I cannot say what it is, but here is proof that it is on the needles (at gauge stage):
